SoulCollage® is a process developed by Seena Frost, M. Div., M.A. by which you access your intuition and use expressive visual imagery to create a deck of collaged cards. SoulCollage® cards are made from original purchased art (e.g., art published in magazines, calendars, books, cards, etc.) and personal materials (e.g., photos).
The SoulCollage® deck is made up of four suits - Committe, Community, Companion and Council – that honor your inner voices, your community of influential beings, animal guides and archetypes.
SoulCollage is a flexible, creative and inclusive tool. It can be adapted to many settings with varied populations. It is a trademarked process in order to differentiate it from other collage/art therapy processes, and to provide the training and support important for solid and ethical work done under the “SoulCollage®” name.
SoulCollage® is for anyone who is interested in self discovery and self expression in a creative and non competitive environment. You do not have to be an artist to do SoulCollage. All you need is to be open to the imagination, intuition and creativity we all have within us!
The SoulCollage Process
SoulCollage cards are created by first allowing the power of images to call to you, and then intuitively composing them on cards to express the components of your personal mythology. In the process of creating cards, you will connect with yourself in a deep and meaningful way and discover many truths that have remained hidden within.
SoulCollage cards can be consulted in a variety of ways to help you gain an understanding of yourself, your world and your unique story. Readings are done either alone or in small groups.
SoulCollage® cards are not to be sold, traded, or bartered and are to be reproduced only for the personal use of the maker of the card. SoulCollage cards may be used as examples to illustrate the SoulCollage process, but it is a principle of SoulCollage that SoulCollage cards are not for sale, trade, or barter.

Experience SoulCollage®
I offer a variety of SoulCollage® workshops and gatherings as well as individual SoulDiscovery Coaching. All workshops and gathering are held in my Canton, CT studio, unless otherwise noted on the Wings 4 You Coaching Workshops page.
Introduction to SoulCollage® - a fun and dynamic one-day workshop to explore the intuitive soul-tending process of SoulCollage. Offered several times a year. $60
SoulDiscovery Circle - a three hour gathering to explore various themes through writing, card-making, group discussion and readings. Offered twice a month. $25
SoulDiscovery Coaching - individual, personalized 1 hour card reading session for an in-depth exploration of specific questions or issues. Can be done in person or by phone. $75
In addition to offering Introduction to SoulCollage® and card making and reading workshops, I also offer thematic workshops throughout the year such as Future Self and Vision Mapping, Expressing Gratitude, Seasonal Celebrations and Exploring Light and Shadow.
